Roman Mythology with the Corinium Museum

Come along to the Cirencester Library to go back in time and meet Roman mythological characters. This fun workshop will introduce children to the ancient art of storytelling by acting out Roman Myths.

The Corinium Museum staff will be on hand to facilitate the workshop, bringing along quality dress up materials and knowledge of all things ancient. They will also provide materials to make masks from Roman myths so that children who are shy of performing can still participate, and our future thespians can re-enact their myth to friends and family at home. Orpheus! Arachne! Juno! To the stage!

This a free drop in event, and the storytelling sessions will start at 13:00, 13:45, and 14:30. Children and their grown ups are welcome to arrive at any point, as mask-making will be on offer throughout the sessions.
